Submission Guide

Important instructions for sending a literary work / article / research paper:

  1. This magazine is a medium of expression related to literature and other fine arts. It is therefore requested to send the work/article/ research paper for publication keeping in view the specified subject areas. Expression/s related to non-literary or non-artistic subject areas will not find a place in this magazine.
  2. There is no charge for submission and publication of works / articles / research papers for this publication. we do not charge any fees for publication of works/articles/research papers.
  3. Only Microsoft Word (.doc / .docx) file format will be considered valid for any literary work / article / research paper sent for publication purpose in this magazine. Any written content sent in a format other than Microsoft Word will not be accepted.
  4. Any literary work / article / research paper sent by you has to be uploaded only in the prescribed form of this magazine. Content sent through any other online medium or post service, courier or any other in-person medium will not be accepted.
  5. Shruti font of 12 Size should be strictly followed while preparing a literary work / article / research paper in Microsoft Word. Content that does not comply regarding valid font and its size will not be accepted.
  6. The word limit for different (writing) is as follows.
    1. Research Paper / Article: Approximately 2000 to 5000 words.
    2. Creative prose work: about 6000 words at most.
    3. Creative verse work: about 2000 words at most.
  7. The composition of the article / research paper must be in accordance with the guidelines given below.
    1. Title
    2. Full article
    3. Necessary remarks about the article, explanation of the difficult word, necessary note. (Optional)
    4. Reference list
    5. Author’s name
    6. Designation (optional)
    7. Address
    8. E-mail
    9. Mobile number
    10. Brief introduction of the author (Optional) (in about 100 words)
  8. Articles / research papers with references in the form of footnotes or endnotes will not be accepted.
  9. Do not underline anywhere in the entire article and use it only if it is necessary to present the details in the writing material in table format.
  10. If the literary work / article / research paper sent in your written form is successfully submitted through the prescribed form, you will get a confirmation message. Therefore, do not submit the same written material over and over again.
  11. Following are the guidelines for sending works related to other arts; painting, sculpture, music, photography, drama, dance. Other than literature.
    1. Apart from literary art, the magazine will publish art expressions like painting, sculpture, music, photography, drama, dance. For this, it is mandatory to submit it only through the prescribed method.
    2. This type of artwork will only be accepted in photographs, audio and video formats.
    3. Will be accepted in the form of photographs, audio and video only through the ‘Telegram Application’ based on the mobile number 9429193111. Artwork sent by any other medium will not be accepted.
  12. All types of works / articles / research papers submitted, only after peer review will be published.
  13. Only publication of the work / article / research paper will be reported via email. Acceptance and rejection will not be reported. If your content is not included in current issue, please wait for the next issue.
  14. The magazine does not accept any kind of financial transaction for acceptance of works, articles, research papers. So inquiring about it would not be appreciated.
  15. The creator / author will be responsible for the ideas / opinions in all the articles published in this magazine. Neither the publisher nor the editorial committee affiliated with the magazine will be responsible.
  16. You are requested to send only self-written works / articles / research papers. Do not send material or artwork of another author / author copied from another place to be published in one’s own name. If found to have done so, any content sent by that person will never be republished in this magazine. In addition, if the work / article / research paper is found to be owned by another person, the sender will have all the responsibility for it and the copyright / article / research paper will have all the responsibility for the copyright dispute. No one associated with this magazine will stand responsible for such an event.
  17. Content previously published in any form in any place, or sent for publication, will not be accepted for publication in this magazine.
  18.  Written content with any linguistic error/s will be rejected.
  19. If any published research paper / article is found to contain inaccurate or misleading information, such content will be permanently removed from our database.
  20. The editorial committee will make the final decision on whether or not to include any content in this magazine. There is no room for any discussion, claims or controversy.
SUBMIT PAPER
